Diane Meredith Belcher is an internationally renowned organist, choral director, church musician, and distinguished teacher. A graduate of The Curtis Institute of Music (Philadelphia) and The Eastman School of Music (Rochester), she has performed extensively through the United States as well as abroad since her debut at age fifteen. She has served at several parishes and academic institutions of note, including Saint Mark's Philadelphia, Old St. Paul's Baltimore, Park Central Syracuse, the University of Pennsylvania, Westminster Choir College, and the University of Memphis.  Known for her collaborations with such colleagues as trombonist Joseph Alessi, trumpeter Rob Roy McGregor, the Memphis Boychoir, Cambridge Concentus, and The Buxtehude Consort, she has also made numerous appearances with orchestra, including Philadelphia, Jacksonville, Syracuse, and Memphis.  

Honors and prizes include the Golden Ear Award for Best Recording of 2000; Outstanding Keyboard Soloist of 1998; Second Prize, International Organ Competition, St. Albans, England; Second Prize, Grand Prix de Chartres International Organ Competition, France; and many others. Her recordings are available on three different labels, as well as on iTunes. Critics in both the United States and Europe praise her virtuosity and musicianship. In Cleveland, The Plain Dealer wrote: "A formidable virtuoso, Belcher played...with authority and zest." In Germany, Orgel International: "Gigantic! A CD that is addictive! Diane Meredith Belcher's playing is exemplary in every respect. She...masterfully expresses the essence of each composition as it unfolds."
