Description

The Department of Music at Dartmouth College seeks outstanding candidates at the forefront of the field of sonic arts for a tenure-track faculty appointment at the rank of assistant professor. The position will start July 1, 2020 with teaching responsibilities at the graduate and undergraduate levels. We seek a vibrant artist with a singular approach to creative and pedagogical practice. Makers who demonstrate convergent practices across the arts and/or sciences will be prioritized. Applicants should submit a cover letter and curriculum vitae. Qualifications: Completed PhD, DMA, or MFA in Music Composition, Sonic Arts, Creative Media Arts, or a related-field, or equivalent professional achievement required by the start date.
